The wait for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is nearly over, with its global PC release set for November 14, 2025, across Steam, Battle.net, and Xbox on PC. Developed by Treyarch in collaboration with Beenox, the new installment promises a highly optimized experience for PC gamers, offering deeper control, visual fidelity, and next-generation performance.

According to Beenox, Black Ops 7 has been built specifically for PC, ensuring flexibility for players to prioritize either performance or graphical quality. The title supports a broad range of hardware, from entry-level PCs to high-end gaming rigs, allowing seamless scaling for smoother gameplay. Players will have access to over 800 customization options, including settings for graphics, interface, and input devices.

The game supports 4K, 1440p, and ultrawide displays, along with advanced upscaling technologies such as AMD FSR 4. A built-in benchmark tool helps users analyze hardware performance, while Ricochet Anti-Cheat introduces stronger protections using TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Added features include sub-frame mouse polling for more precise aiming and Corsair iCUE RGB lighting integration.

Preloads for digital buyers begin on November 10 at 9 AM PT, giving early access to campaign, multiplayer, and zombies modes before the full release on November 14.

The minimum PC specs include an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel i5-6600 processor, 8GB RAM, and an SSD with 116GB of space. For high-performance setups, Beenox recommends Ryzen 5 5600X or Intel i7-10700K CPUs, 16GB RAM, and GPUs like the RTX 4080 or Radeon RX 9070XT.

In a major update, the developers confirmed that Black Ops 7 will run smoothly on handheld gaming PCs such as the ROG Ally. Players can preorder now to unlock bonuses, including the Reznov Challenge Pack and Guild Override Weapon Camo, with additional rewards for Vault Edition buyers.
