A new Bleach game might be in the works. Here’s what we know so far

A new Bleach game titled Mirrors High may be on the way, following a recent European trademark filing by Shueisha. With prior titles like Rebirth of Souls and mobile hits like Brave Souls and Soul Resonance, this new game could offer a fresh take on the iconic anime franchise. Here's what the trademark hints at—and what fans can expect.

A new video game based on the Bleach franchise is reportedly in development. Titled Bleach: Mirrors High, the game’s existence came to light after manga publisher Shueisha filed a trademark application in Europe, sparking speculation across the gaming community.

The trademark, filed on July 23, 2025, falls under Classes 9 and 41 of the Nice Classification system—categories typically associated with video games for PC and consoles. The same classifications were used for titles like Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero and One Piece Odyssey, lending credibility to the belief that Mirrors High is a console or PC release. However, as Gamesrant notes, it could still turn out to be a mobile game—nothing has been officially confirmed yet.

This potential new entry follows the release of Bleach: Rebirth of Souls, a 3D fighting game that launched on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox in March 2025, three months after its trademark surfaced in December 2023. If that timeline holds, Mirrors High could be released sometime in 2026. Still, as the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) warns, trademark registrations often take months and do not guarantee a game’s release—titles can be renamed, delayed, or even scrapped altogether.

Interestingly, the new trademark does not include Class 28, which covers physical gaming hardware and toys. This suggests the game is unlikely to appear as an arcade title or pachinko machine.

Meanwhile, the franchise’s mobile presence remains strong. Bleach: Brave Souls generated over $400,000 in revenue in June 2025 alone, according to SensorTower. Another mobile game, Bleach: Soul Resonance, is currently in its preregistration phase.

With multiple Bleach games already on the market or in development, Mirrors High could bring a fresh experience to fans—perhaps exploring a different genre or gameplay style. Until official announcements are made, though, fans will have to wait and speculate.
