Valorant patch 11.06 Note

Valorant’s long-awaited replay feature has arrived with update 11.06, rolling out on September 16/17 across most regions. Riot Games confirmed that replays are now live for Competitive matches and will expand to Unrated, Swiftplay, and Premier modes. Players can rewatch their own games, but only within the patch version they were played on. Matches from 11.06, for example, won’t be viewable once patch 11.07 is active.

How Valorant replays work

The replay system gives players control over how they review their matches. Riot outlined several tools, including:

  • First-person views for all ten players.

  • Toggle outlines for teammates and opponents.

  • Track projectiles like Sova’s Recon Dart.

  • Switch to a free third-person camera.

  • Adjust playback speed (.25x to 8x).

  • Skip rounds or time-jump anywhere in the match.

  • View combat reports at any time.

  • Timeline markers for kills, deaths, and other events.

This allows players to break down rounds, identify mistakes, and study strategies in detail—something the community has requested for years.

Bot bans and bug fixes

Alongside replays, Riot revealed that it banned 40,000 bots in the last six months, promising cleaner matches going forward.

The patch also addressed agent issues, including a rare bug where Yoru and Reyna could reappear in their starting spot after invisibility ended. On PC, the RawInputBuffer setting has been removed and is now always enabled for better performance.

Console players have their own updates. A bug affecting dropped weapon and Spike highlights will be fixed in patch 11.07, while display issues with new player tips have already been resolved.

Replay rollout on PC and console

For PC players, replays are available now in all regions except China. Console players will need to wait until patch 11.10, scheduled to release on November 11/12 at 9 a.m. PT.
